The Arts Pass program was a University of Chicago initiative that connected UChicago students to the city’s cultural institutions – theater, music, art, etc. It offered free and discounted access to events all over Chicago but was severely underused. I was tasked with designing a new face for the program and developing a comprehensive quarterly calendar that was both visually engaging and informative — something you’d want to put on your fridge and not the trash. I also developed several digital and print ads for digital based on the program’s new tagline – Put Yourself There – featuring specific Arts Pass events.
Calendars and posters were redistributed throughout campus and the Hyde Park community, and the campaign resulted in more than double student attendance to Arts Pass events.
